The rooms are large and comfortable, but not equiped with a fridge or coffeemaker. My wife and I met with other family and friends for some gambling, dinner and an overnight stay. The day started with space equipped to charge our electric vehicle in their large, well lit parking structure. I will go back to VVC again but will NEVER EVER eat here again. SERVICE IN THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Zero customer service. I figured the manager would come by or perhaps a discount on our bill or the 2 dumped entries comped.SOMETHING!!!! Zip, zero, zilch!!!! Our two friends ate their plates while me and my husband watched them and they then watched us eat. Another server (I think) came up and said sorry again but that's it.I said how about a round of drinks for our inconvenience? Sorry we can only give you soda (bull crap). Instead of profusely apologizing we got a shrug and sorry. The waiter placed the tray on a stand.don't know if this was his first day but I looked over and he picked up 2 plates on the same side so guess what happened? 2 plates went tumbling to the floor. Normal amount of time to get our order out.
We were a party of 4 and placed our order.
When I spend money on eating out it is because I want to be served so service is just as important as the food. The reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the food is good otherwise it would be 1 or zero if that was an option.
